Refund and Returns Policy
1. General Refund Policy
1.1 If you decide upon delivery of your product(s), you no longer want them, you are welcome to return them within a week of delivery, at your own cost, unopened and unused, in its original packaging to Origin Living address.
1.2 Start this process of returns by contacting us at office@originliving.co.za. Please include a copy of your receipt and supply a reason for returning the product.
1.3 Upon inspection of the returned product(s), we will contact you to confirm whether you are eligible of a refund.
1.4 A refund takes up to 8-10 business days to be credited back to original payment method. Contact the bank if you don’t have access to that payment method anymore to claim back your refund.
2. Defective goods and adverse reactions return or refund policy
2.1 If the product(s) you received is damaged or defective or is an incorrect order, please contact us immediately within a week of delivery at office@originliving.co.za. We will evaluate the situation and respond accordingly.
2.2 In the case of a defective or damaged products or incorrect order, we will collect the product from you and deliver the correct product free of charge. Alternatively, we will credit your account or refund you within 8 days of return.
TAKE NOTE: We recommend that you do not use Origin Living with other skin care brands. Our products have been designed to work together for your skin type. However, if you develop a reaction and it does not improve after 7 days, please contact us. Founder Melinda Roodt will have a conversation with you and resolve the issue.
3. Exceptions/non-refundable items
3.1 Origin Living should be contacted and products should be returned within one week of delivery.
3.2 Used or opened products can’t be refunded.
3.3 Original courier fees and handling charges can’t be refunded.
